Nostalgic Folk Art was born in 2004. I came up with Nostalgic Folk Art name for my paper mache figures because I love the older things that remind me of my childhood and of innocent times. They are figures of folks both childish and impish and I love vintage folk art so putting nostalgic with folk art was/is a perfect and fitting name for my lil figures and business. I feel so blessed and thankful to God for being able to make these little pieces and hope they make you smile.

Images Art Show in New Smyrna Beach Fl.

this weekend was full of superior artwork and well here are a couple of pics

the crowds were large even at the late hour (4 pm) when we arrived. 

lots of dogs enjoying the day with their families, i love that!

David Figureroa is an amazing artist who has won many awards, here he's talking to Dan


we went to dinner with Anthony and Lisa Arkus both wonderful artisans as well, Anthony does metal work, and Lisa is one of the finest folk art painters around. They traveled all the way from Pa to do this show.
