eggplants! we had them sliced really thin with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, cheese and peppers, drizzled in olive oil, then we had the leftovers in an omlete (well Dan did)
very nice to eat from the garden!
here's Dan giving me the scissors to cut them and there they are cut.
