Thanksgiving and this Christmas has got me spinning

 so much going on!   but who isnt busy at these times?!?!?!?!  Some new things just listed  and some new things regarding my etsy selling.      ok first i know this Halloweenie is late but here it is, and i guess the snowman is late too but i can make what i make when i have the passion for it.   How i wish i could just make things at anytime and i could duplicate pieces (but not molded items)  oh and a sweet little farmer these i just listed 

also rethinking usage of coupons  regarding amounts and pricing due to family things, life, not able to create as much so things may change in my etsy shop

It s November already!

 the weather is wonderful and i'm ready to get into gardening. with this weather its so much easier to stay outside and weed.        

so much going on in my little world so will probably doing less work but i have finished 2 Christmas pieces   and just listed these to my Etsy page.

 are on my desk,   but this one is on Etsy already. He is a big guy but i really needed to use that coal bucket and vintage shovel so there he is.       a smaller snowman and a santa coming in a couple of days.

something a little different

 as i made the pumpkin and the rest is an assemblage piece.   i had this great vintage kids pot and i got some plastic skeletons for embellishment  and anyway this piece came from those things in my studio.

Well its been quite the week!

 Hurricane Ian came and caused so much disaster. There are too many people here in Fl who are in desperate need. Its so awful. 

  My home is ok an i cant believe it and im so grateful!

With everything going on i dont feel like working but i did have some things finished before Ivan hit.

will add them to my etsy shop today or tomorrow.

closed my facebook page this am

 after thinking about this for awhile i did it. no regrets because ive always had such problems navigating fb.  could never respond to personal pages which is so frustrating as i couldnt reciprocate.  had trouble posting and the final straw was being unable to post to my 2022 photos oh and an email stating i needed to copy and reload my page or lose it on oct1   so im losing it (in more ways than this!)      

so i guess ill be posting more here and maybe back to more personal things but i thought i would give an explanation for why i closed my page out.   

will be posting some Halloween pieces this weekend one larger two piece figure and one smaller halloweenie

Well i actually had time to make some things!

 sometimes i get on a kick and i keep going until,   that's its ive run out of ideas and or bits of inspiration in my studio.   for example a shell box inspired the Sailor's Guardian  and or course the old wood shoe needed a lil pup in it, bottle tops like the one on the boy halloweenie.     listed these on my etsy shop

 just finished and im going to add to my Etsy shop.   

he's a jolly fella with a frosty treat.      

Oh Gosh

 Im getting nervous about making Christmas pieces and yet i feel the need to make a mermaid as i found some beautiful colored small shells on the beach and a vintage shell pin.    the inspiration fills me!   

But i do have a large snowman im working on now and a mom angel which will take a long time as she has tons of work involved    

A beautiful and one of my favorite figures so far will be ready for Christmas and it will be going to Main Street Gallery if all goes accordingly!  

 

and here is a Rabbit i adore and added to my favorite list down below this blog. i don't know sometimes something just hits me and i like some pieces more than others    this one is one of those 

 

 

anyway he is on my etsy shop   oh by the way i will be closing my website as i never go there and sales on etsy are way better than on the website due to traffic on etsy  not sure when i'll do that i may just close out etsy and do the website but its alot for me to handle too many things and as i ve said before im terrible with technical stuff  

well no more coffee for me today!

once again i've let time just pass

 without doing some things i need to do.     as i get older i just dont feel like sharing as much personal stuff here on m blog.  who cares really and it just takes too much of time i just dont have xtra of.     so i'll post my work as that is still important to me and ive been able to work  but between gardening dealing with an older parent work home health just life in general its so difficult

Its May already

 time is truly is flying by   sometimes i pop my head out of my studio and half the day is gone!  i time my days before lunch and after lunch and im more and more a home body    maybe that s because i'm an older gal who just wants to look out her window and watch the birds the turtles and squirrels that visit my backyard. how glorious this entertainment is  and how it brings me closer to my creator 

last month i could only bring myself to make 2 figures   and this month i have this bunny rabbit and a kitchen witch on my desk needing embellishing   so im ahead already
