A new year and changes to be made

Thought i'd share a couple of pics of our Christmas and the begining of a change



 ok my carrot souffle is so soooooo good, it tastes like sweet potatoes

and my chocolate pie, its not pretty but it is so so sooooo sooooooo good! it is not your typical pudding pie, nope its 5 egg yokes and cocoa powder other things on my very thick rolled out crust!

we used Dan's grandparents wedding dishes this year and we decided to use them every year we celebrate at home. starting traditions at 55/56 oh well better late than never

so my big bear did not sell boo! but i used it in my own Christmas decor! he was pretty grand

These are the cutest bostons in the world!


so i tried a new thing, brie cheese with orange marmalde and cranberries, rolled into pillsbury pie crust, i saw it at my local grocery store and it was simple enough and pretty good, will do it again next year

you can see it above the ham and right of the shrimp,  so this was kinda the layout, buffet style

Kipp was home so it was the best and it went so fast but a lovely way to close out 2017 tho this year (to sept) is my last to say i'm double nickels and i'm going to miss it!

Keeping positive that 2018 will be better for everyone!
